Founded in 2007, Record Store Day brings together independent record stores and the fans to celebrate their love of music. Record Store Day takes place on the third Saturday of every April. This year it will take place on April 16th, which is this Saturday!!On this day, special vinyl and CDs are released, there are also a lot of promotional products made exclusively for this day. Over hundreds of artist will perform in store and do meet and greets at various independent stores across the US and in some countries across the world.
